Molly Hayssen

Molly Hayssen is an associate with Foley and Lardner LLP and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Molly’s practice spans a broad variety of intellectual property matters, including patent infringement, trademark and trade dress infringement, and copyright infringement. Clients value her insight and commitment to their case. Molly has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, fitness equipment, consumer electronics, and manufacturing.

Molly has been involved in all stages of litigation, from pre-filing strategy, invalidity and infringement contentions, managing and conducting expert and fact discovery, and trial. She has experience litigating in many forums, including U.S. district courts, Federal Circuit, and International Trade Commission. Molly has also assisted numerous clients in proceedings before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and related issues involving the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency. Molly maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients with immigration and asylum concerns, as well as landlord/tenant cases.
