Heba Hazzaa is a business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she works with healthcare, cultural, and educational facilities in connection with financing transactions, including taxable and tax-exempt bonds, and post-issuance compliance matters. Heba represents issuers, conduit borrowers, underwriters, and lenders in public bond offerings and direct placement transactions, as well as in commercial lending transactions.

  • Currently volunteers as a lead instructor with Foley & Lardner LLP’s diversity pipeline program in association with Street Law Inc. to promote diversity and general knowledge of legal topics for Milwaukee area high school students
  • Advised Sojourner House of Peace, a 501 (c) 3 organization working to help survivors of domestic abuse, on compliance with the New Market Tax Cuts (NMTC) regulations
  • Assisted The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee Inc. in revamping their internal governance documents
