Heba Hazzaa



Heba Hazzaa is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice.

Prior to joining Foley, Heba was a student attorney at the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Wisconsin Law School.

In Cairo, Heba was an of counsel in the dispute resolution and arbitration practice group at Matouk Bassiouny.


Heba received a master of laws degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School (LL.I., 2018), as well as a master of laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M., 2009).

She received a bachelor of law degree from Cairo University School of Law (B.A., 2004), where she was ranked 3rd in her graduating class.

Recognition and Affiliations

Heba was a student liaison at the Wisconsin State Bar - Dispute Resolution Section from 2017-2018, a volunteer at the Milwaukee Justice Center in 2017, and co-editor for the International Bar Association in 2017.
