Eric Hernandez is an associate in the litigation department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Eric is based in the Orlando office where he is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Practice Group.
Eric has experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation cases involving commercial disputes, contracts, class-action claims, corporate and partnership governance, and fraud. He has experience assisting clients in managing pre-trial proceedings, including drafting and responding to pre-trial motions, managing e-discovery efforts, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing clients for interviews and depositions.
Eric also has experience representing clients in white collar civil and criminal litigation matters and conducting internal investigations related to allegations of fraud, bribery, and other crimes by the U.S.
Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
Eric is also passionate about pro-bono work, and has successfully represented various clients in family, immigration, criminal, and employment matters.
Prior to Foley, Eric was an associate at another Florida law firm where he practiced litigation. He also served in the military for three years as a Sergeant/Aviation Maintenance Administration Specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps.
