Lily Ho drafts and prosecutes utility and design patents both domestically and internationally for manufacturers of consumer products, commercial products, medical devices, and automotive. She also counsels organizations on their intellectual property portfolios, providing both clearance and patentability opinions for new designs, in addition to trademark and copyright issues.

Lily is a member of the Mechanical & Electromechanical Technologies Practice Group and began her career with Foley as a summer associate. Prior to her legal career, Lily was a project engineer and a mechanical engineer with Kohler Co., where she completed rotations in Design Engineering, Process Engineering, and New Product Integration. She also interned with Design for America during her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University.
