Mauricio Iturralde



Mauricio Iturralde Punzo is an associate with Foley & Lardner México. He is a member of the firm's Transactions Practice.

Mauricio is a tax lawyer and business lawyer with experience in tax consulting as well as tax and administrative litigation. His practice focuses on administrative law actions, nullity actions, amparo actions and legal remedies before tax and judicial courts as well as tax authorities. He has experience in preparation and submission of constitutional remedies (juicio de amparo) and online trials before tax and judicial courts.

Mauricio has business experience with knowledge in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments as well as various regulatory matters. He began his legal career as a law clerk with Foley & Lardner México.
