Kirk Jing is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions Practice.
Mr. Jing was a summer associate with Foley in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Prior to arriving at Foley, he worked as a law clerk for the Institute for Justice in Washington D.C., and a law clerk for the Pacific Legal Foundation in Sacramento, California.
Mr. Jing earned his law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D., 2017). Additionally, he served as an executive editor and the technology manager of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He earned bachelor’s degrees in history and in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from Dartmouth College (B.A., magna cum laude, 2014), where he was a Rufus Choate Scholar and also served as managing editor of The Dartmouth Review.
Mr. Jing is admitted to practice law in California.
