Kristin J. Johnson



Kristin Johnson is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP based in the Milwaukee office where she is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice.

Kristin began with Foley as a summer associate where she conducted legal research for partners and associates in real estate, trusts & estates and litigation. She also drafted internal memos and letters to clients laying out the results of the research. 

Prior to joining Foley, Kristin was an intern for Destination Justice in Cambodia. She drafted and revised documents for Cambodia’s UN Universal Periodic Review and researched and monitored developments in the ongoing Rohingya crisis. She drafted a working brief about the International Criminal Court (ICC) case dealing with ICC jurisdiction over Myanmar regarding the crisis. Kristin also worked as a writer for a Chicago firm specializing in Immigration Law where she drafted national interest waiver petitions on behalf of EB-1 and EB-2 visa applicants while under supervision of immigration attorneys.
