George Khalaf is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice. George’s practice includes counseling businesses across various industries on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, organizational structure, and due diligence. While in law school, George served as a summer associate at Foley, as well as another prominent law firm in Houston, where he assisted on a variety of transactional matters in the energy, real estate, and finance industries.
