Jacob Koffsky is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Jacob previously worked as a summer associate with Foley. He also worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of Florida; as a law clerk at Podhurst Orseck P.A.; and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
In addition to his legal experience, Jacob also worked as a financial analyst at American Express, where he helped support the company’s collections efforts.
Jacob graduated, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 2019), where he served as president of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and as an assistant editor of the Race & Social Justice Law Review. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
