Andrew Kuder is an associate in the Business Law Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Andrew is based in the firm’s New York office where he is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. Andrew is not admitted to practice law in New York.
Prior to joining Foley, Andrew was an associate for a law firm in Newark, New Jersey. In this role he provided analysis and strategic counseling regarding State and Federal Privacy and Cybersecurity issues including HIPAA, Data Use Monetization Strategies, State Licensing, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Corporate Practice of Medicine, State Law Restrictions, and other FWA and regulatory issues relating to transactions and the operation of medical entities.
He also focuses on matters involving telemedicine, digital health, remote patient monitoring and virtual care.

During law school, Andrew worked as an extern for the New Jersey office of the Attorney General where he researched and provided analysis for state and federal cyber security privacy, and protection standards including those under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the Computer Related Offense Act. He also served as a Fellow with the largest health insurer in New Jersey.
