Overview

Sam Kuzniewski is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Madison office where he is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice.

Prior to Foley, Sam was a legal intern with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. He appeared on behalf of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue in multiple trials before the United States Tax Court. Sam was also a legal intern for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, where he provided a variety of legal services to immigrants including preparing for asylum proceedings at the Chicago Immigration Court.
