Michaela G. Bissett



Michaela Bissett is a member of Foley's Litigation Practice. She focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes within the oil and gas industry. Michaela is actively involved in all aspects of litigation matters, including case assessment, electronic discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial. She has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration.

Michaela has also counseled a number of clients within the oil and gas industry on general business matters, including review of master service agreements and base contracts for the sale and purchase of natural gas, helping them to minimize risk and avoid litigation.

During law school, Michaela participated in an externship program with the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and was frequently recognized for her participation on various Baylor Law School moot court teams.
