Roseanna Loring



Roseanna (Rosie) Loring is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. She originally joined Foley in 2017 as a summer associate.

Prior to joining Foley, Rosie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit as well as an intern for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office in the Gang Unit. In addition, during law school she gained valuable experience by competing in and judging various moot court competitions.


Rosie earned her law degree from Boston University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2018), where she was an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar and received the Dean’s award for Intellectual Property. While in law school she served as an editor for the Review of Banking and Financial Law and a board member on the Student Affairs Student Advisory Board.

Rosie earned her bachelor’s degree from Whitman College in art history with a minor on philosophy. (B.A., 2013).
