Hannah Lutz



Hannah Lutz is an associate and intellectual property attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is also a member of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice. 

Hannah counsels clients on trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing, defense, and enforcement in the United States and abroad. Hannah also advises regarding copyright protection, licensing, and enforcement as well as advertising issues. She has experience with proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, infringement matters in federal court, and domain name disputes. Previously, Hannah served as a summer associate at Foley and at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in New York.
