Mark Makoski is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Makoski joined Foley in 2015 as a summer associate and is now a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Makoski served as a judicial intern for the Eastern District of Michigan and a legislative intern for the Office of Senator Steve Bieda. Mr. Makoski also owned and operated a process serving business for more than three years while pursuing his undergraduate degree.
Mr. Makoski received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2016), where he was a senior articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal of College and University Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Michigan State University (B.A., with honors, 2013), where he was also a member of the Honors College.
Mr. Makoski is admitted to practice in Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
