Bruce Marin is a senior counsel and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP where he is a member of the firm's Transactional & Securities Practice and the Health Care Industry Team.
Bruce’s legal experience includes serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael G. Williamson of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to attending law school, Bruce worked as a hedge fund trader, investment analyst and corporate financial planner and analyst.
Bruce earned a legal degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (J.D., 2012). He holds a master’s degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (M.B.A., 1993). Bruce received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University (B.S., 1989).
Bruce obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
