Rachel E. Mather



Rachel Mather is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Law Department in the Finance Practice. Rachel has experience representing both lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions including representing borrowers in commercial lending transactions; representing private equity and strategic buyers in acquisition financing transactions; and representing lenders in syndicated and single-bank real estate and construction financing transactions.

Previously, Rachel worked as a finance associate at a prominent Milwaukee-based law firm, where she also served as a summer associate. She also was a law clerk in the corporate legal department at Brady Corporation in Milwaukee.
