Overview

Daniel (Dan) Noffsinger is an associate for the Business Law Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Dan is based in the Orlando office where he is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group. During law school, Dan served as a summer law clerk for the University of Central Florida’s Office of the General Counsel and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jay P. Cohen of the Fifth District Court of Appeal.

Prior to law school, he worked for the Miami Marlins, holding several positions including Director of Baseball Operations and Director of Analytics. Dan started his career at Foley as a summer associate.
