Alan R. Ouellette

Senior Counsel


Alan R. Ouellette is a senior counsel and business litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Alan was previously a summer associate with Foley. Prior to joining Foley, he was a judicial extern for the Sacramento Superior Court’s Law & Motion Department. His experience also includes positions as a research assistant and teaching assistant with U.C. Davis School of Law, as well as a research assistant for Central California Legal Services.


Alan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law (J.D. 2010), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a recipient of the Academic Excellence Scholarship. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from California State University, Fresno (B.A., 2006).


Alan is admitted to practice in California.
