Nicholas C. Paul is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice.
During law school, Nick was a summer associate in Foley’s Milwaukee office. Prior to joining Foley, Nick was a summer law clerk at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office and a law clerk – case management specialist for a personal injury and criminal defense law firm in Chicago.
Nick earned his law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law (J.D., 2018). Nick was a Hale Moot Court Editor, and he was also a Hale Moot Court Honors Program Quarterfinalist. Nick was a member of the Sports Law Society and served as the organization’s Vice President of Administration. He was also a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Business Law Society.
Nick is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Quinlan School of Business (B.B.A, cum laude, 2015), where he was a member of the Interdisciplinary Honors Program and was named to the Dean’s List for eight consecutive semesters. He was also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, where he served on the Board of Ethics.
Nick is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.
