Overview

Andrew E. Peluso ("Andy") is an associate and real estate lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Andy focuses his practice on representing clients in commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, development, leasing, and commercial lending.

Andy has been named a Florida Super Lawyers "Rising Star" from 2017 to 2018. Before joining Foley, Andy was an attorney at another law firm, where he represented and advised purchasers, sellers, banks, and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
