Molly Perillo (formerly Malloy) is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. Molly represents parties in a variety of real estate matters, including the purchase, sale, development, leasing, and financing of real property. She also has experience on real estate aspects of solar, wind, and other energy projects, including working on site control documents, and on title, survey, and other development matters.
Prior to joining Foley, she served as a judicial intern for The Honorable William M. Conley of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, where she received a certificate of appreciation for outstanding work as a judicial intern. In 2016, Molly was a summer associate at Foley’s Milwaukee office.

Molly obtained her law degree from University of Wisconsin Law School (magna cum laude, J.D., 2017) where she was a note and comment editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and a member of the Wisconsin Moot Court Board. She received the James J. and Dorothy T. Hanks Memorial Award for excellence in the study of corporate law. She completed her undergraduate studies at Marquette University, (B.A. magna cum laude, 2012), where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Nu.
