Jim Pleasant has more than 36 years of experience in all areas of corporate, partnership, limited liability company, equipment leasing and real estate law. He has represented businesses in public and private merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity financing, negotiating leases and contracts and providing legal and practical advice for handling internal corporate governance matters.
