Ann E. Reinke is special counsel and a business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She practices in the real estate area with an emphasis on finance and financial institutions. Ms. Reinke is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Consumer Financial Services and Finance & Financial Institution Practices.
Ms. Reinke represents both borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financings. She has negotiated and documented a wide variety of lending transactions and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating credit agreements, mortgages and other security documents, legal opinions and intercreditor agreements. She also has experience with troubled borrowers, drafting and negotiating demand letters, forbearance agreements and collateral surrender agreements. Ms. Reinke has experience with federal and state regulation of a broad range of consumer finance matters.
Ms. Reinke received her bachelor's degree in 1979 from Emory University, and her J.D. degree in 1982 from the University of Chicago.
