Molly Richey is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice. Molly focuses her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and general corporate matters. Her practice also focuses on a variety of real estate matters including working with owners of national real estate portfolios on office, retail and industrial leases as well as traditional real estate transactions.
Molly served as a summer associate in the firm’s Dallas office in 2018. In this role, she researched and drafted memoranda on various civil litigation matters, and wrote discovery requests and motions. Prior to her position at Foley, she was a legal intern for a Dallas firm specializing in commercial and civil litigation. While there, she drafted dispositive motions, prepared demand letters, and conducted research in conjunction with the Texas Property Code Chapter 53.
Additional past experiences include, a judicial internship with the 301st Judicial District Court for Presiding Judge Mary Brown, and a position as a color commentator for SoonerVision TV.
