Felisa Sanchez has a transactional practice involving a wide variety of corporate, finance and commercial matters for domestic and international clients in the maritime, energy and financial services sectors. Felisa represents public and private companies in a wide variety of cross border transactions, including loans, equipment leasing, energy and energy services, and mergers and acquisitions. She and other members of the firm’s maritime practice are often engaged by domestic and foreign law firms and banks to advise on loans involving maritime or off-shore investments in the Gulf of Mexico and elsewhere.
Felisa’s maritime practice involves the representation of clients in domestic and international financings, restructurings of debt involving maritime assets, equipment leasing, as well as various commercial and operational matters, including compliance with maritime regulations. Clients appreciate her understanding of cultural differences and her ability to work efficiently in a global market.
