Alberto Santillan-Gaitan



Alberto Santillán-Gaitán is a foreign trade and customs associate who specializes in advising and consulting on international trade and taxes on foreign trade, as well as customs and administrative litigation.

Alberto provides advice to domestic and foreign companies regarding available foreign trade programs, tax implications of foreign trade operations, implementation of free trade agreements, customs procedures and litigation.

He maintains constant communication with officials from both Mexico’s Ministry of Economy and the Tax Administration Service to follow up on authorizations for facilitation programs, incorporation into the importer’s registry, tariff classification queries and more.
