David Seno is a partner and corporate lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP where he regularly represents public and private companies in a wide array of industries on transactional, securities and general corporate matters. He focuses his practice on assisting public and private companies with mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and various commercial transactions, including various types of cross-border transactions. Mr. Seno is a member of the firm’s Transactional & Securities Practice.
Education
Mr. Seno received his bachelor’s degree from the University Wisconsin – Madison, his Master of Science in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Marquette University Graduate School of Business, and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. He was senior note and comment editor for the Marquette Law Review.

Mr. Seno is licensed to practice in Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Wisconsin State Bar Association.
