Overview

Whitney Swart is a law graduate and a litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. Whitney is only admitted in Maryland; not admitted in DC.

Whitney was a summer associate at Foley where she worked on cases concerning the False Claims Act, antitrust litigation and heavily participated in pro bono work in immigration. While in law school, Whitney participated in the Intellectual Property Clinic, where she consulted with clients on their trademark and patent prospects and prepared trademark filings. Prior to law school, Whitney worked for two nonprofit organizations that specialize in immigration law. There, she helped primarily Spanish speaking clients petition for immigration status.

Civic Organizations

Whitney Swart constantly sponsors a cat at the St. Joseph County Humane Society where she provides a designated cat with food and other necessities until adoption.
