Paula Toro Barragan

Paula Toro is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Energy Litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation, including general commercial disputes and international and domestic arbitration.  Her clients are involved in the following industries: oil and gas, consumer retail, renewable energy, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and software and technology.
