Andrew Underkofler is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Mr. Underkofler was a Foley summer associate, where he worked in the firm’s Litigation Department. He also interned at the Public Defender's Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit, in its Repeat Offender Court Division, and at the State Attorney's Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit, in its Homicide and Major Crimes Division.
Mr. Underkofler completed his law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 2017). During this time, he competed on the Trial Advocacy Team, placed first in the Cavalier Classic tournament and served as the building services and grounds chairman for the University of Virginia Student Bar Association.
He completed his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Florida (B.A., cum laude, 2014), where he was tapped into Florida Blue Key, completed the University of Florida Honors Program, and completed the minor program for the Bob Graham Center for Public Service. He held several positions in various organizations, including as a member of the University of Florida’s Land Use and Facilities Planning Committee, a member of the U Matter, We Care Committee, and a member of the University of Florida Student Government, for which he was awarded “Cabinet Secretary of the Year.”
Mr. Underkofler is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida.
