Skyler K. VanDerwerken



Skyler VanDerwerken is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP in the firm’s Dallas office. He is a member of the firm’s Mechanical & Electromechanical Technologies Practice Group.

Before joining Foley, Skyler served as a summer associate for Foley in the Dallas office. Skyler also worked as a legal intern for law firms in Albany, New York and Fort Worth, Texas. He served as a judicial intern for Judge Karen Gren Scholer in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Texas where he drafted memos for the judge’s clerks on legal questions. While attending Brigham Young University for his undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering, Skyler worked as a boiler technician for the university’s central heating plant.
