Overview

Jasmine (Jas) Wallas is a patent law clerk in the Intellectual Property Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Jas is based in the firm’s Boston office where they are a member of the Chemical, Biotech & Pharmaceutical Practice Group.

Prior to joining Foley, Jas worked as a registered U.S. patent agent in private practice where they handled patent prosecution and preparation in the fields of chemistry, materials science, and engineering.

Clients benefit from Jas’ experience as a technology licensing associate with Massachusetts of Technology’s (MIT) technology licensing office where they accelerated the commercialization of groundbreaking innovations stemming from MIT’s chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and materials science departments. In this role, they collaborated with MIT professors, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and industry partners to advance a broad portfolio of over 900 patent applications and patents.
