Sommer Wiss



Sommer Wiss is an associate and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practices. She represents employers before state, federal and administrative bodies in a wide variety of labor and employment-related claims, including retaliation, discrimination, non-compete and wage & hour matters. She originally joined Foley in 2017 as a summer associate.

While in law school, Sommer was a student prosecutor for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office pursuant to Supreme Judicial Court 3:03 Certification, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Stephen M. Limon in Suffolk County Juvenile Court.
