Dakota Woll



Dakota Woll is an associate and Business Law attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP.  Dakota is based in the Tampa office where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Dakota’s practice is focused on the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate. His representation includes deal structuring, contract preparation and negotiation, title and survey matters, and due diligence analysis. Dakota’s experience also includes representation of both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of commercial loan transactions, including asset-based and unsecured lending, construction financing, and restructuring.
