Jason Y. Wu is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Jason has significant experience litigating health care and health insurance disputes, including payor-provider underpayment disputes, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation, class actions, and health care fraud cases. Jason has also handled a variety of general commercial litigation, including contract disputes and commercial and residential property disputes.

Jason joined Foley as summer associate in 2015. Prior to working at Foley, he served as a legal extern for the National Asian American Coalition, where he worked in the areas of antitrust, consumer protection, and utility ratemaking.

Jason has guest lectured for the trial advocacy program at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
