Criminal Antitrust Investigations

To assist with criminal matters, we involve attorneys from our Government Enforcement, Compliance & White Collar Defense Practice, several of whom have worked as prosecutors, including former assistant U.S. attorneys. Together, we have represented target companies in antitrust grand jury investigations and have acted as separate counsel for key executives who have been identified as individuals of interest.
