FCPA-Related Representation Before Regulatory Law Enforcement Agencies

Being named a “person of interest” by the U.S. government is not an enviable position. Fortunately, our attorneys have considerable experience advocating for and representing clients whose actions are being investigated by the U.S. government involving grand jury subpoenas or informal requests by the DOJ, as well as both informal and formal investigative actions by the DOJ and SEC. We are fortunate to count among our practice members several former federal prosecutors and SEC enforcement attorneys with significant FCPA experience counseling companies, guiding clients through the government’s investigative process, and aggressively advocating clients’ interests before law enforcement authorities.

We also provide advice and representation in obtaining advisory opinions from the DOJ on FCPA matters, and are familiar with the intricacies and procedures related to that process.
