The EB-5 Program was established in 1990 by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for qualified wealthy non-U.S. citizens desiring permanent U.S. residence based on their investments in the American economy. With the current lack of capital in the timeshare, hospitality, and golf industries, you have to be creative in today's environment.
