Foley Partner Selig Sacks moderated a session at the 2013 Cross Border M&A Summit held at New York Athletic Club on May 13-14, 2013. The event offered great opportunities for international and U.S. dealmakers to learn about the current market environment, discuss the nuances of cross border dealmaking between the United States and other countries, and introduce their knowledge and opportunities to other attendees. Delegates included cross border M&A experts – investment bankers, lawyers, accountants, private equity investors, consultant; U.S. industry sector experts; media; academics and government officials. Mr. Sacks’ session was titled, “China – Inbound/Outbound M&A.”
