Gardere Chair and Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization Partner Holland N. O'Neil is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion during the session "Business Track: The 363 Sale Process From a Transactional Perspective" at the upcoming American Bankruptcy Institute 32nd Annual Spring Meeting on April 26. Ms. O'Neil will discuss the nuts and bolts of the asset-purchase agreement and related ancillary documents, including sale-related orders and pleadings.
The four-day event will take place at the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C. CLE/CPE credit, including ethics, will be available.
