Challenges in Hotel and Restaurant Management Agreements and Solutions

Clifford J. Risman, a partner in Foley Gardere’s real estate group and a member of the firm’s hospitality industry team, will speak at The Hospitality Law Conference Series 2.0 in Houston April 12. 

Risman, a veteran real estate lawyer who represents companies that develop, own, operate and finance hotels and resorts around the world, will speak on management agreements versus leases, deal-making, financing and employment data, as well as artificial intelligence and the future of hospitality from a legal perspective.
