Hot Topics and Oral Argument Practicum Webinar

Partner Courtenay Brinckerhoff will serve as the moderator during the “Hot Topics and Oral Argument Practicum” at the PTAB Bar Association’s Virtual Annual Meeting on Friday, September 25, 2020.

This session will feature short mock arguments on current hot topics in PTAB practice. During the session, APJ speakers will also give feedback to the next generation advocates, chosen from the PTAB Bar Association’s Young Lawyers and Agents committee.
