Waks, who represents many clients across food and beverage, distilled spirits, consumer products, fashion, entertainment, media, intellectual property and mergers and acquisitions, talked about his legal practice and the art of celebrity endorsement deals.
He also discussed some of the celebrities and brands he has worked with, why deals between distilled spirits and celebrities are so popular now, and what advice he would offer young attorneys wanting to follow in his footsteps.
