Attorneys Todd Boudreau and Michelle Nunez contributed an article to Bloomberg BNA Pension & Benefits Daily, “The Bespoke Solution – Advantages and Challenges in Tailoring Single Investor Funds,” on August 28, 2015. The article discussed the increasing popularity of single investor funds and outlined several advantages including certain tax advantages, flexible negotiations and the ease of transferability. The article also highlighted some challenges to SIF formation such as expensive longer negotiations.
