ElHouston Business Journalpublicó el análisis del socio de Gardere Real Estate, Robert W. Bramlette, sobre el mercado inmobiliario de Houston en 2013 y sus predicciones para 2014. Para el próximo año, el Sr. Bramlette prevé que «suponiendo que los tipos [de interés] se mantengan bajos, continuará la fuerte actividad inversora, tanto por las favorables opciones de financiación como por la mejora de la rentabilidad de las inversiones».
