Partner Cliff Risman was quoted in a Dallas-Bisnow article, “Canopy: the Latest Hotel Brand To Pitch The Dallas Experience,” about the opening of a new 150-room boutique hotel in Uptown.
Risman said downtown Dallas has undergone a renaissance. “We have new office buildings, new residential parks and now new cutting-edge hotels,” he said. “It all fits together.”
But Risman also said the construction boom won’t continue forever. “At some point, this will all slow down,” he said.
