Lacktman Comments on Pending Telehealth Legislation in Virginia

Partner Nate Lacktman, chair of Foley’s national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, was quoted in an mHealth Intelligence artículo, «New Telehealth Bills Address Coverage, Store-and-Forward, RPM,” about pending amendments to Virginia’s current telehealth laws.

Lacktman praised the legislation, which would amend the state’s telehealth laws to include payer coverage of remote patient monitoring services. “Remote patient monitoring is positioned to become the next big thing in patient-centered digital health care,” he said.
