A frequent lecturer at various national, state and local programs, Christopher co-authored Wisconsin Business Corporation Law, the primary reference book on Wisconsin’s corporate law. He also served on the American Bar Association Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Committee. In addition, he served as a member of the International Employee Benefits Foundation, the American Benefits Council, and the Madison Benefits Council. A recipient of the President’s Award of Excellence from the State Bar of Wisconsin, Christopher also was honored by the Wisconsin Economic Development Association for his preparation of the WEDA Skilled Labor Resource Directory.
Christopher has been Peer Review Rated as AV® Preeminent™, the highest performance rating in Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system. He has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for over 10 years and was named to the 2008 list of Wisconsin Super Lawyers®.
Christopher graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1968 and received an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1969 and his law degree from the University of Chicago in 1976. Between graduate school and law school, Christopher served in the United States Marine Corps.
