Elizabeth “Libby” Ridley is a senior counsel and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Libby is based in the firm’s Tampa office where she is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice.
Her practice mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, contract negotiations, and entity formation. Prior to joining Foley, Libby was an associate with another Tampa law firm where she represented and advised companies and their owners in a variety of commercial transactions and corporate matters.
Prior to attending law school, Libby worked as a financial analyst at a large corporate and investment bank in Atlanta, Georgia.
